Hydraulic Cracker Mill for Fine Rubber Processing

ECO Krumbuster® is our patented cracker mill powered by an advanced hydraulic motor system. Our mill can be used to produce two different kinds of material: it grinds wire-free chips (19 mm and smaller) into crumb rubber (6 mm and smaller) and it mills crumb rubber into fine rubber powder (0.850-0.177 mm). ECO Krumbuster® is powered by a 225 kW hydraulic motor and its output capacity for 0.595 mm rubber powder reaches up to 3 tons per hour.
Depending on desired output, we offer two types of full tire recycling systems featuring ECO Krumbuster®: fine rubber powder line and crumb rubber line.

Fine Rubber Powder (0.850-0.177 mm)

Fine rubber powder is a high-quality and high-priced material 99.9% free of metal and 99.9% free of fiber. Fine rubber powder is used in sealings, liquid and spray coatings, membranes, insulation systems, thermoplastic elastomer blends, automotive appliances, rubber-modified asphalt and in many other fields of civil engineering.

Crumb Rubber
(6 mm and smaller)

Crumb rubber is a fiber-free and steel-free rubber granulate that can be used in molded products like playground mats, rubber tiles and rubberized flooring, traffic safety equipment, rubberized asphalt, synthetic turf, porous drainage pipes, sound insulation panels, construction materials, civil engineering applications, etc.

Increased Grinding Power & Patented Hydraulics

ECO Krumbuster® uses new technology with patented advanced hydraulics which significantly increased grinding power. The technology surpasses output of conventional cast-iron cracker mills by up to 50%. Downtime for equipment maintenance is almost eliminated, which cuts operating costs of your tire recycling business. Mill’s shafts are made from forged steel and use double-row spherical bearings. The technology allows to cut bearing grease consumption by more than half.

Northern Region Cement Company (NRC) is a scrap tire collector and processing company located in Saudi Arabia. NRC has over 50 acres of stockpiled tires from the region. It operates ECO Green Giant shredder and produces tire-derived shreds.
