ECO Green Giant

Primary Tire Shredder

ECO Green Giant is a two-shaft tire shredder which has unique blade design and ultra-high performance! Two shafts with 384 hardened steel knives shred scrap car tires, truck tires, chopped and debeaded mining tires, semi-OTR and pieces of OTR tires swiftly and efficiently. Green Giant wins the competition in efficiency, maintenance costs, maintenance time and production capacity.

Our two-shaft tire shredder efficiently cuts whole tires producing rough shreds and chips. ECO Green Giant is equipped with two 75 kW motors and optional recirculation system. The shredding process can perform up to 30 tons per hour of 200 mm shreds and can process up to 15 tons per hour of 150-50 mm tire shreds with recirculation system installed.

Tire Shreds (≈150mm)

Rough shreds are produced from whole tires and range from 50 to 150 mm in size. Tire shreds contain fiber and steel and can be sold to tire recyclers as feedstock, to cement kilns as tire-derived fuel (TDF) or processed further to obtain wire-free tire chips, crumb rubber and fine rubber powder.

Tire Chips (≈50mm)

Tire chips are produced from rough tire shreds using the same primary shredder complemented by screening and recirculation equipment. Tire chips of this size can be sold as tire-derived fuel (TDF) or used to produce crumb rubber and fine rubber free of metal and fiber.

Unique Blade Design and Ultra-High Performance

Our tire shredder ECO Green Giant bears unique blade design which enables to cut scrap car tires, truck tires, semi-OTR and pieces of OTR tires swiftly and efficiently. The blades are easily adjustable and replaceable; special maintenance doors of the shredder provide quick access to the cutting chamber.
Green Giant has ultra-high performance: it shreds up to 30 tons of tires per hour while keeping your power consumption and maintenance costs far below the industry average!
